Choosing The Right Life Coach By Knowing The Personalities

By Bernadette Martin

All of us have our own lives. All the people that you see handle them differently. We have lived daily in different stages of life. We are very unique in any way possible. Everyone are blessed with various personalities. We have them since birth.

So in every situation, we tend to have several possible responses. The ones we choose are the ones that define who we are. Having some challenges in dealing with your problems is crucial. In fact, there are many people who ended committing suicide. You may now be thinking of choosing the right life coach to help you become the best person you can be.

If you are one of those people who wanted to ask for any licensed expert for advice, this is for you. All the licensed life coaches are good. However, you must also reconsider that you need to be comfortable and compatible with them. In order for you to distinguish the kind of personality your compatible coach must have, here is a quick overview of the basic personalities.

These I will share with you are the temperament. These are one of the most traditional ways Hippocrates has classified people according to their inborn attributes. This theory also is described in one of the passages in the bible wherein King David wrote about. Then, there are many succeeding theories relevant to this. A brief explanation about these four types are as follows.

Incorporate yourself with the gifted Melancholy. It is the melancholic, the intelligent ones, who are the one who wants to do it the right way. They will always follow rules. They are also sensitive to oneself and of others. They are detailed oriented and organized. They are often serious and melodramatic. But they are known to be pessimistic.

Get most of the wonderful reality in life with a Melancholic person. A Melancholy are the exact opposite of a Sanguine. They are usually silent, deep and serious. They are extremely gifted in many ways. They are reliable for quality work. They love to dig deep with details and be organized most of the time. They are often perfectionists but not virtually in all aspects. But they are prone to pessimism.

Be motivated with the productive Choleric. They are born leaders. They love to lead people. They are very productive. They are daring and frank. They love to see the results in all of their goals. Its negative traits are their aggressiveness, overly workaholic routine and domineering attitude.

Be empathized with a diplomatic Phlegmatic. They are meek and nice. They are usually silent but are friendly. This is the exact opposite of the Choleric. They are good listeners. They are also good at administration. They avoid any form of strife or conflict. But they can sometimes be sluggish and reluctant.

Now that you are informed about the basics, it is time to put it into action. Try to identify those from people around you. All of us have different kinds of temperament. We have both dominant and secondary personalities. Your dominant can easily be identified with the way you express. Whereas your secondary type will be identified with your responses. In order for you to tell the type other people have, observe them closely. You can discover many more other distinguishable traits from these personalities. This is an easy way to tell those people around you and it will be easier for you to understand why they act the way the do.
